I build Data & AI
capabilities that last.

From strategic vision to production deployment — I structure, build, and drive adoption of Data & AI systems that create measurable value, not prototypes.

// what defines me

Business by instinct. I grew up in a commercial environment. Margins, cycles, clients, risk — these aren't things I learned in a course. Value creation is a reflex, not a calculation. Every technical decision I make is ultimately an economic one.

Governance by experience. I held representative mandates at local and national level during my studies. Governance, for me, is not a framework — it's the real-time management of tensions between actors, divergent interests, and mandate constraints. I've lived it before modeling it.

ROI-first, risk calibrated. I optimize for results and take the measures necessary to limit exposure. The risk/benefit ratio is never an afterthought — it structures how I scope, recommend, and build. I don't separate strategy from accountability.

Multidisciplinary curiosity. Mathematics, philosophy, economics, technology. A breadth that lets me operate across contexts others keep siloed: education, luxury, mega-events, smart cities, international NGOs, public administration, large-scale transformation. I connect systems — not just data.

Strategist by nature, architect when required. I operate best where vision and execution converge. Forward deployment, Data & AI strategy, systems architecture — I adapt to what the mission demands. Visionary when the role calls for it, rigorous when precision is what moves things forward.

AI Strategy & Transformation

I work with executives to define where AI creates real value: use case prioritization, roadmap, decision-maker alignment, and business model. Before the architecture, the question is why, what, and in what order.

Data & AI Architecture

I design and deploy the systems that enable AI to work in production: data foundation, LLM platforms, RAG, agents, MLOps. Architecture choices are justified, scalable, and secure by design — not POCs that collapse under load.

Governance & Operating Model

Value doesn't come from the model. It comes from adoption, governance, and operational integration. I structure AI governance policies, operating models, adoption processes, and value measurement mechanisms.

// what i actually build

A Data & AI capability, not a chatbot

01

Strategy Layer

Vision, AI ambition, use case prioritization, roadmap, and success criteria.

02

Governance Layer

AI policy, risk management, compliance, access controls, traceability. Embedded by design.

03

Data Layer

Data foundation, quality, pipelines, modeling, platforms. No AI is stronger than the data beneath it.

04

Intelligence Layer

Models, LLM, RAG, agents, orchestration, evaluation, production deployment.

05

Operating Model Layer

Organization, AI roles, processes, training, KPIs, continuous improvement.

06

Business Impact Layer

Value measurement, ROI, validated use cases, scaling. The only layer that justifies all the others.

Ready to structure your
Data & AI transformation?

I work with executives and teams who want to build lasting AI capabilities — not isolated prototypes. If you have a strategic, operational, or architectural challenge, let's talk.
