Who I am

I design and deploy data and AI systems, from strategic framing to production infrastructure, on problems where technical precision and decision clarity are both required.

My background combines strong quantitative foundations, methodological rigor on every architecture decision, and end-to-end delivery capability. What sets me apart is not any one of these : it is having all three on the same scope.

What defines my way of working

Structured curiosity

I don't stop when a system works. I stop when I understand why it works. This demand for deep understanding changes the quality of architecture decisions, diagnostics and prioritization.

Vision and execution

I structure quickly, decide clearly, execute completely. But I challenge assumptions, look for blind spots and explore alternatives before committing. In practice : someone who thinks fast, decides cleanly, and stays open to being proved wrong by the data.

Professional directness

I don't validate an incorrect framing to preserve meeting comfort. I don't defend a use case without measurable ROI to avoid friction. That is a form of respect for the client's time and budget. The people I have worked with recognize this.

Delivery in real conditions

The distance between a prototype that works in demo and a system that holds in production is measured in details : observability, error handling, load testing, documentation. I know these details because I was present when they were missing.

Why work with me

Both languages

I translate technical stakes into business decisions and business constraints into architecture choices. Without over-simplifying for one side or over-complicating for the other. That is what experience on both sides produces.

Rigor without rigidity

Analytical rigor prevents arbitrary decisions. Pragmatism prevents attachment to an elegant solution that does not scale. Both together produce architectures that withstand time and real constraints.

From framing to production

Anyone can produce a convincing POC. Few people know what needs to be added for it to hold in production. I have this knowledge because I have led both phases on the same projects.

Selectivity as a guarantee

I do not take every project. I take the ones where impact is measurable, where decision-makers are aligned, and where the success criterion is defined before we start. That filter is a quality guarantee for the engagements I accept.
